I have been snowboarding since 1985 and have been a competitor since the early 90's. The greater part of my life has been on a snowboard and I have been blessed with the ability to have been able to travel the world as a snowboarder. Racing is in my blood, not only as a snowboard athlete but in motor sports as well. I have raced amateur motocross, professional snocross (snowmobiles) and have worked for a top tier NASCAR team.
I KNOW the ins and outs of racing and I know the pressures that come along with competition.
As a personal trainer I know what it takes to keep your body in peak physical shape, how to avoid injuries
and how to apply your training schedule to your race training regime.
